2008-2009 Maryland Migratory Waterfowl Design competition, 12:00 PM March 29th, 2008 to be held at Capitol College, Laurel, Maryland        2008-2009 Maryland Black Bear Conservation Stamp Design Contest - Sponsored by Department of Natural Resources and Friends of Patuxent. Judging begins immediately following the Maryland Duck Stamp contest.
