Acceptance
Artists
are accepted on a space available basis only.
Due to limited space,
PWASS Artist committee reserves the right to select artists for participation.
Fees of $150.00 (premium) or $125.00 (standard) per day is
kindly requested. The fee is based upon location and
size of booth the your fee is ($300.00 or $250.00 respectively for
the weekend show.
If this is your first time attending,
please
provide us with your biographical information, to include photographs or slides samples of your work.
Artists must apply for acceptance to the
2011 show by printing out and mailing the form below. Forms must be
received by October 19th, 2010. Artists will be informed of their selection for participation in the show by
November 19th, 2010.
Sales
All sales will be
handled by the artist. Maryland sales tax of
6% must be added to all sales.
Artists should provide signage to identify themselves and to describe their work.
Logistics
Booth
fees are based upon location/space size per day:
Premium
( 6'X15' ) fee: $150.00
Standard
( 6'X12' ) fee: $125.00
Bring your own display panels. Friends staff will
be there to assist you if required.
Artists
must supply their own lighting. Availability of power
is limited to a Maximum lighting: 500 watts
Displays MUST be set up on Friday,
March 25th, between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
Carvings and
Sculptures
One 6-foot table is provided for each carver. Carved
and sculpted work MUST be delivered to the show on Friday,
March 25th, from 9:00AM to 4:00PM.
