2010-2011 Maryland Migratory Game Bird Design contest - Sponsored by the Maryland Department of Natural Resources & the Friends of Patuxtent, begins at 12:00 PM March 27th, 2010 at the National Wildlife Visitor Center - Patuxent Research Refuge, Laurel, Maryland        2010-2011 Maryland Black Bear Conservation Stamp Design Contest - Sponsored by the Maryland Department of Natural Resources and the Friends of Patuxent. Judging begins immediately following the Maryland Migratory Game Bird design contest.
